Features:

Lots of experience went into the design and construction of this machine bed featuring large guides that are hardened, ground and counter-laminated.
Headstocks of main spindle and gears were constructed to ensure optimum temperature balance and minimum heat influence.
The heavy duty tailstock is easy to handle and features high clamping force.
Wide V-block guides, hardened and ground-superior rigidity of the lathe flat bed across all models of this series.
Automatic central lubrication for simplified maintenance, powerful coolant system ensure machining accuracy.
High torque drives and preloaded ball screw on all axes.
AK series accomplish step-less spindle speed-changing by means of main motor frequency conversion and 4-shift hydraulic gear-change.
AK…J series obtain 18 speeds all manually.
AK…A series spindle speed changing introduces 6-shift hydraulic gear-change and 3-shift manual gear-change to obtain 12 speeds.
